This is a 40″ solid Chechen bokken. It weighs 1.42 lbs and does have cuts on the mune giving it a 11.5″ handle. The bokken is nice and straight. This is the first bokken I have made out of Chechen. It was quite difficult to work with because the wood is so hard. Gorgeous wood and this piece in particular has some interesting grain patterns. I wanted to keep this for my own personal collection, but decided to add it on the site to sell.
